Today, light- and heavy-duty vehicles can be economically and reliably retrofit for operation with propane, a recognized alternative fuel under the Energy Policy Act of 1992.

Today there are nearly 300,000 propane vehicles on the road in the United States and more than 12 million vehicles worldwide, including trucks, buses, taxis, and delivery vehicles — and construction equipment.
